Approach defines achievement. That is how Raineri puts it, and it shows up in the way the work is organised: our own tradespeople on the job, one leadership team from the first budget to the last punch item, and trade partners chosen with care for the scopes we do not self-perform.

Building construction
General building contracting across ten sectors, from schools and clinics to apartments and storefronts.

A-100 · Building
As a general building contractor, Raineri is active in academic, hospitality, commercial, federal, state and municipal, healthcare, historic, industrial, multi-family and senior living, and retail work. Pre-construction comes first: our Director of Pre-Construction works the budget and schedule with you before anyone mobilises. During construction you get a single on-site point of contact, self-performed labor where it keeps the work tight, and a Procore portal that shows drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedule and photos in one place.

C-200 · Civil
Transportation, heavy highway, bridges and roadways, and infrastructure for public and private owners. A fleet of well-maintained, company-owned equipment, trained in-house tradespeople and an experienced management team mean the crews on your road or bridge are our own. The Buckley Road Bridge for St. Louis County, completed in July 2025, was built by Raineri self-perform crews, vehicle and pedestrian bridges both.

A-300 · Historic
Old brick and ornate cornices have to be kept while the building behind them changes. Raineri transforms historic offices, multi-family buildings and commercial properties into working spaces again. The Georgian Apartments is a restored four-storey red brick building, and Hadley-Dean and Gateway Lofts at 4400 Manchester sit in the same register of adaptive reuse in St. Louis.

A-400 · Tenant
Retail, dental, urgent care and restaurant space built to a tenant's opening date, with as little disruption to the neighbours as the site allows. Raineri has repeated the process across Aspen Dental, Sport Clips, Firehouse Subs and more, and delivered the KinderCare in Swansea, Illinois and the Sav-On Liquor and Wine in Edwardsville in 2025.
