Start the conversation about your next building or road.

Tell Raineri what you are planning and where. The team reads every request, whether the job is a new building, a historic renovation, a tenant improvement, or civil work such as a bridge, roadway or streetscape. Prefer to see the work first? The project register and the services pages show how both sides of the curb are handled.

General notes

The questions owners and trade partners ask before the first call, answered the way the firm answers them.

Both. Raineri is a general building contractor for academic, healthcare, multi-family and senior living, retail, industrial, hospitality and municipal work, and a civil contractor for transportation, heavy highway, bridges and roadways and infrastructure. The civil side runs on company-owned equipment and in-house tradespeople.

Raineri keeps its own tradespeople on payroll and puts them on its jobs alongside a set of trade partners, instead of subcontracting every scope. On the Buckley Road Bridge for St. Louis County, Raineri's self-perform crews replaced both the vehicle and pedestrian bridges.

Each project has a single on-site point of contact and a Procore project portal with the daily log, drawings, meetings, photos, RFIs, schedule, specifications and submittals. Access comes through your Raineri point of contact.

Across the St. Louis region on both sides of the river: St. Louis City and County, Clayton, Webster Groves, Wentzville and Warren County in Missouri, and Edwardsville and Swansea in Illinois. The office is at 1300 Hampton Avenue in Saint Louis.

Raineri takes subcontractor bids through SmartBid. Subcontractors sign up with their company details, FEIN, contacts, certifications and CSI work type, and receive invitations from there. Call the office at (314) 667-5913 to be pointed to the sign-up.

Raineri posts open positions and keeps an email list for new openings. The company says it stands for grit, ingenuity and a commitment to continuous improvement. Careers questions go to HR@rainericonstruction.com.
